Yes. We are also members of the largest Hurricane association body called the International Hurricane Protection Association.
4. Is my window too big for roll shutters?
You may have unlimited height but limited width (end retention HVHZ) 176” span. On a 44 mm roll shutter end retention max width 124” with 40 psf
5. Are my windows too big for accordion shutters?
You may have unlimited width but limited in height at 40 psf – 13 feet 2” is your limit.
6. How often do I need to clean my hurricane shutter?
If you are inland, at least once per year. A cleaning and inspection of operation is recommended prior to hurricane season and after hurricane season. If you are less than 2 blocks from the coast, you shall clean a minimum of 4 times per year. Soap and spray with fresh water.
7. How do I clean my shutters?

8. Can I replace parts of my shutter?
Yes, please call us for information on” how to” DIY videos or to see if we stock the parts.
9. How do I know what kind of shutter I have?
You should have a silver mirror like sticker on your shutter which will tell you all the information you need. If you do not see this sticker, please take a picture of the shutter blades, center maid locking mechanism, and the bottom and top track so we can identify it and help you out.
